Company Call Iterations
We are now working on iterations for the company call again. If you have any feedback or ideas please comment in this issue.
Some trends on feedback that we've observed:
- The calls get repetitive
- Same people always join
- Timing of call does not work well for many (IE: EMEA and Pacific)
- Generally low attendance
- Welcoming and Congratulating new hires, and bonuses (Scaling)
- With the amount time in day, the company call is often not in top priority for many.
Feedback from looking at attendance during breakout calls: 33% attendance over the last 35 calls that was checked.
Changes taking place:
- Agenda being categorized
- Remove new hire announcements from the company call (Take effect Monday)
- Mixer call for new hires (Originally proposed for Friday, but other times could be an option as well)
