This issue was created with the purpose of brainstorming ideas on how to improve the current format of the backend weekly call \cc @DouweM @jamedjo After talking with @WarheadsSE I got to know that the Distribution team has a kind of stand-up meeting where each person says what they have been working on for the past week and what they plan on getting done for the next week. This is an interesting format that we could adapt for the backend weekly call. Feel free to share any thoughts on this or any other ideas.
