Replace Google Analytics with Piwik before November 17

People would like to see us no longer tracking people with a third-party service on .com. I think it makes sense to use GA just for our static website and use http://piwik.org/ for .com.

@jeroen I know you're very busy but can you set up a separate server with http://piwik.org/ before Nov 17?
