Due to the ongoing work to rebuild the demo environment & the manual work the one single demo systems engineer will have to do to support the upcoming Field Marketing Workshops in the month of June, we may need to move some dates to ensure the demo system is operational and really to account for all the manual work that will need to be performed until the system has been rebuilt. This purpose of this issue is to discuss the impact and make decisions on how best to move fwd to ensure we have a great user experience for our workshop attendees.
Under no circumstances can there be a morning and afternoon workshop on the same day or adjacent days, regardless of timezones.
There can only be one workshop per 2 calendar days, which allows 2 workshops per calendar week.
Each week can have any combination of the following:
Monday & Wednesday
Monday & Thursday
Tuesday & Thursday
We don't do workshops on Fridays since we have focus Fridays and harder to support on the backend. We also perform maintenance on Fridays.
Any previously scheduled workshop(s) for that calendar week own that time slot. If you want to override or reschedule their time slot to accommodate your workshop, you'll need to negotiate with the DRI for that workshop. It's not likely it'll be possible due to the tedious work involved with registration announcements and team workflows.
If we outgrow this capacity, we will deploy a second set of infrastructure to accommodate a linear increase in capacity that will be approved by the leadership team.
