Remove Talk to an Expert CTA on Homepage

@dsteer shared that he connected async with @akramer and they want to move forward with adding the Talk to an expert CTA everywhere BUT the homepage.

Jobs To Be Done

  • Situation: When about.gitlab.com loads on the homepage, the talk to an expert button does not display in the header navigation
  • Motivation: We want to reduce the number of CTAs on the homepage
  • Outcome: So we can increase conversion
