Why the Manjaro Linux distribution builds with GitLab

Manjaro has become a member of the GitLab Open Source Partners community! Let's collaborate to announce this great news.

To do this, we typically do something like:

• A written Q&A-style interview for the GitLab Blog (usually created asynchronously)
• A recorded, video roundtable discussion for GitLab Unfiltered (usually created synchronously)

But I am certainly open to other ideas! Will ask @philm and @oberon-manjaro to offer their thoughts, preferences, and feedback.
