Demonstrate full-cycle open source development

A critical benefit of GitLab is the ability to unify all stages of the DevSecOps lifecycle . For open source projects, this often results in simplified workflows and amplified impacts. Because GitLab Open Source Partners are often working at the forefront of software development practice, many of them are already reaping the benefits of working with a GitLab's unified platform.

I'd like to work with a partner (or more!) to showcase what's possible when using GitLab across multiple stages of the DevSecOps lifecycle—for example, how a community uses GitLab to plan, create, package, deploy, and secure the software they ship using a unified toolchain. My goal is to more concretely demonstrate how valuable GitLab can be for open source projects not just within any stage of the development lifecycle but across those stages, too.

I'm imagining a short tutorial/explainer video in which a partner walks viewers through a basic project workflow involving GitLab features at multiple stages in the development journey. But I am open to other ideas, too!
