Explore using GitLab String Search for marketing content localization

@mchrastek-ext and @opysaryuk recently released a localization solution that provids more context to translators translating GitLab product by searching for strings directly in: https://mchrastek-ext.gitlab.io/about-gitlab-com-string-search/. Idea

I would love to explore the idea of expanding the tool to marketing content too, this can be helpful for both our marketing translators and for our content managers.

• Build a tool similar to the GitLab String Search to allow marketing translators search and find strings when localizing GitLab's website about.gitlab.com
• Content Managers can also use this tool as a way to find the target file to introduce target updates.
• Would the search work if search is performed in other language than English?
