Improve the Crowdin glossary

Suggestions for the Glossary on https://translate.gitlab.com/project/gitlab-ee

I don't have access to delete stuff from the glossary so either someone with access should do it or i should be given access to delete stuff.

The list

• Delete all namespaces (e.g. "IncidentSettings")
• Delete all terms that does not exist in the GitLab translation
• Delete common words (e.g. "Download")
• Delete strings that are not in the source langauge
• Delete one term if it exists more than once (e.g. "draft" and "draft")
• Would be nice if the glossary can work with upper/lower case but without having to add multiple strings (e.g. "Test" and "test". Or "access token", "access token", "Access token", "Access Token", "Access Tokens")
• Be able to download the glossary (like i can download the master/locale/GitLab translation)

If anyone can add terms in the glossary i guess mistakes will happen and it seems if i add something i can't delete it. So someone who can edit the glossary needs to check what have been added lately and correct mistakes/read the comments that have been added.

Perhaps we could have context for all terms in the glossary. If the term have no context/explanation does it actually help the translator to have it on the glossary?
