Operational - Brainstorming on how to effectively enhance the localization request form
Context: In the last month, on the operational side few issues have been flagged that, if clarified at the beginning of the localization process, can ease and smooth the workflow. The idea is to finally enhance the request template and/or the labels to be used for localization in order to ensure processes are streamlined and expectations are met.
Overall scope: Gathering feedback and suggestions on how to enhance the localization request form (latest update is from @katia2), however the implementation has been applied yet.
Issues flagged so far:
- The need to clarify the service requested: e.g. when the output is expected to be more creative than a standard translation.
- This is of utmost important to make sure that the quality of the output is as expected
- The need to know, whenever possible, if the content will be reviewed internally (by the local team or by the Content Managers), as this will help Translated to organize the work in advance and potentially give a heads up to PLSs that will review the internal feedback.
