Create and refine Korean (KO) style guide for GitLab Docs translation

Context

The Korean style guide in tech-docs-ai-powered-translation!91 (diffs) is not usable in its current form. It is AI-generated, structure and content have not been validated by Korean translators; usability for AI translation script has not been validated by engineer

What we need

Argos Multilingual KO translators to review the current style guide line by line (OR create new one from scratch is also an option if current doc is determined un-usable).

This style guide is going to be consumed by an AI translation pipeline. Every rule must be specific and enforceable by the AI model or by post-processing code. Remove anything that is aspirational guidance, anything that the LLM cannot implement independently, any guidance that does not apply to tech docs content, font specifications tech-docs-ai-powered-translation!91 (diffs), terms section tech-docs-ai-powered-translation!91 (diffs) (a better place for that is the termbase), etc.
