Runner docker-auto-scale 72989761 failing
We've been getting some reports about Runner docker-auto-scale 72989761 failing jobs with ERROR: Job failed (system failure): Cannot connect to the Docker daemon. Is 'docker daemon' running on this host? (executor_docker.go:1007:0s).
