Outage: 2016-09-21 18:00 UTC - GitLab Internal LB Failure

The internal load balancers provided by the hosting company experienced a failure and sent production traffic towards non-write enabled, non-active database and redis nodes. This improper routing lead to errant issues with project status, git commits, and project communications.
