The new pricing changes redirects, "purged" the /gitlab-com/settings page

We should only redirect /gitlab-com(/|/index.html) to /pricing, gitlab-com/settings should not be redirected as we have useful info about .com's setup https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com/blob/master/source/gitlab-com/settings/index.html.md.
