  • Tests first started being green on July 24th, 2017
• Start making improvements for https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/27165
  • First step is to merge the "reopened" state into "opened": https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/12972 and https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/merge_requests/2492
