Start indexing tests on ES production cluster

As part of https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/infrastructure/issues/1597 we can now proceed with the indexing phase.

For the moment we are blocked waiting for https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/infrastructure/issues/2070 to be fixed.
