grouporganizations FYI - Continuing to work with teams to resolve some blockers to being able to complete Group Archival functionality.

grouporganizations The Groups & Projects team have completed work to migrate admin area Groups lists to use Vue components. @peterhegman recorded a nice before/after video demo to show the improvements we've made, which include access to delayed-deletion, reducing technical debt (eg. HAML templates) and adding filtering/sorting controls which don't require page reloads.

grouporganizations The team has been refining the Organization transfer process, including work on user transfer services and notification workflows to support the migration of groups and users to new organizations.
groupcells infrastructure Cluster Awareness workstream:
- Updated the due date to 2025-11-30 with a 50% confidence. There are still big blocks of work that need to be achieved and we need to see progress over the next 1-2 weeks before we can update the confidence on the new estimated date.
- groupcells infrastructure Merged the initial API for the claims in Topology Service. This provides the interface for the Rails application on a Cell to "claim" a unique resource such as username or email. → gitlab-org/cells/topology-service!342 (merged)

groupgeo Organization Data Migration: In order to improve scalability for Protocells: Create new Geo verification state table for Ci::PipelineArtifact was merged. It's part of a larger effort to properly separate verification data from parent models into dedicated state tables, following established patterns for other Geo-replicated data types like uploads and wiki repositories.
