Some tweaks to the onboarding issue

1. Fix link to tasks
2. Fix link to general guidelines (rough fix; the page is gone, moved to various locations; the comms page seems like one of the better places to link to)
3. Update w.r.t company call agenda being gone, linking to current locations for updates
4. Make training items tickable tasks, for tracking progress
