Continuous Go Profiling handover

With &200 current progress we're now supporting and providing Profiling data for Workhorse, Gitaly and Praefect fleet for GitLab.com (for staging, canary and production).

In order to hand this over to teams we still need:

• https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gl-infra/scalability/-/issues/219 to handle access
• A quick explanation on how to reach this data (we've decided on doing a quick video on that) - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q3uudK1lU8g

After that we could send over a MR to update their README.md and have some feedback.
