Automate Redis traffic analysis and CPU profiles

In gitlab-com/runbooks!2101 (merged), @igorwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww added some runbooks to describe some traffic analysis and CPU profiling techniques that have been very helpful in production incidents.

We'd like to have these CPU profiles run automatically and get stored in a bucket somewhere, like we do for bigkeys: #361 (closed)

Having these run automatically, or even more easily, would be a huge benefit. The closer we can get this information to backend engineers - without needing a lot of time from SREs - the better use they can make of it.
