FY24Q3 Scalability OKR Retrospective

The purpose of this issue is to discuss the outcome of the Q3 OKRs. I'm going to use one issue to keep this information together.

For each OKR, there will be a comment including the OKR text and final percentage. Then we can start a thread per OKR to discuss what went well, what didn't go so well, and what we'd like to try next time.
