What to include in the SaaS Availability Call?

The purpose of this issue is to decide on what we should include in that meeting.
Proposal
Keep in mind that this is a weekly meeting.
Capacity Planning
- What number is relevant to show in this meeting?
- We should raise any issues that aren't being addressed fast enough.
- Add the status of work in response to a critital warnings.
Error Budget for stage groups
In the first meeting after a report is issued, note the highlights of the report.
In any other meeting, note the progress made on any of those issues highlighted. Note if there is an incident that will affect everyone's budget.
