Enable sentinel clients on replica pod

Now that we have a hybrid deployment we can start reconfiguring clients to utilize the newly added sentinel for service discovery.

At this stage we cannot yet failover to the redis pod, as replica-priority is still 0. But we can test failovers between VMs.
