Enable continuous profiling for KAS
In gitlab-org/cluster-integration/gitlab-agent#38 (closed) and gitlab-org/cluster-integration/gitlab-agent!125 (merged), we added continuous profiling support for the KAS service.
This would be helpful in cases such as https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gl-infra/capacity-planning/-/issues/25.
We should enable this in production. This may require some updates to our charts, to allow the GITLAB_CONTINUOUS_PROFILING environment variable to be configured.
