Automate Ansible runs for Gitter environment
Currently, we have to manually initiate Ansible runs in the Gitter environment to effect changes, such as deploying SSH keys for newhires. We should at a minimum setup a service account to perform automated runs of ansible-playbook within a pipeline on gitlab-com/gl-infra/gitter-infrastructure>.
Other options possibly worth (future) discussion could include scheduled ansible runs, scheduled auto-scaling to reap older nodes and (re-)provision new ones, or even migration to an architecture based on immutable infrastructure (docker/k8s)
