Add troupe (Gitter) AWS to offboarding
We need to make sure to remove the user on the troupe (Gitter) AWS space when offboarding. We should also remove their SSH key https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gl-infra/gitter-infrastructure#ssh-to-boxes
