Add SSH key for Amar and Skarbek to Gitter hosts

@aamarsanaa and @skarbek added their SSH keys in gitlab-com/gl-infra/gitter-infrastructure!71 & gitlab-com/gl-infra/gitter-infrastructure!72, and need a current admin to run ansible to distribute across the fleet.
