rsyslog client broken after chef-vault problem

We have two problems atm:

Templates for the clients are broken because of https://gitlab.com/gitlab-cookbooks/gitlab-server/blob/master/recipes/rsyslog_client.rb#L17

☝ that hash does not exist anymore in the vault

    - update content in file /etc/rsyslog.d/00-gitlab-rsyslog-client.conf from 6021dd to d82ee8

There's a -gitlab-rsyslog-client.conf file in /etc/rsyslog.d that needs to be purged.
