Sentry instance intermittently dropping events

While looking over metrics for the new Sentry instance I noticed that we appeared to be dropping events (or at least dropping metrics):

Moreover the traffic pattern is highly irregular:

This appears to have started after I merged this MR to start sending CSP events to the new Sentry as well.
