Take multiple mountpoints into production

After we test https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/infrastructure/issues/188 we need to:

  • Build new NFS cluster
  • Create a new NFS share
  • Attach it to all the workers
  • Enable alternate storage in gitlab.rb
  • Set the new storage as default in the admin interface
