ElasticSearch: field expansion matches too many fields, limit: 1024, got: 1227

At present, when using the pubsub-rails-inf-gprd-* index on https://log.gprd.gitlab.net/, most queries will return

field expansion matches too many fields, limit: 1024, got: 1227

There are ways to work around this, but we should fix the issue so that adhoc queries can be made by GitLab Team Members without knowledge of how to work around this issue.
