Optimize Thanos Store bucket operations

As our thanos storage has grown we are staring to see bucket operates take long periods of time:

While we do have queries that are requesting large amounts of data, we do need to take steps to start optimizing not just the bucket but the thanos stores to fetch this data in a more timely manner.
