Report results from the microbenchmarks between different hardware.

the goal of this issue is to inform the results comparing the microbenchmarks with fio that we executed recently.

The hardware tested was:

• n1-highmem-96 - Current prod
• n2-highmem-128
• n2d-standard-224 (AMD Milan)

Acceptance criteria:

• report the results and compare with analysis
