Group alerts by service
Problem
The problem is described in detail in the epic, but in short, we alert multiple times about the same service in 1 go, which is distracting.
Proposal
Use Alertmanager Grouping so that we group all the alerts of 1 service that fire within the same time into 1 alert.

Group alerts by [ service,env,environment]. -
Update the alerting template to specify which alerts are firing.
