testing alternatives for the WAL-G push current scenario

The objective of this issue is to share the progress on the alternatives we are investigating to reduce the concurrency that we have with archive_mode=always

Initial tests:

1 - source cluster with archive mode on and just a secondary with always.

2 - Role base tests
