The Security Automation team would like to request a rate limit exemption for the user gitlab-securitybot (ID 1376) on dev.gitlab.org.

Background: some of our automation is running into rate limits (status 429 and the message {"message":{"error":"This endpoint has been requested too many times. Try again later."}}) when performing certain operations (i.e. iterating over a large number of user accounts).
