Include the metrics from pg_stat_kcache to postgres_exporter to Thanos/Prometheus

Including the new extension pg_wait_sampling it will be extremely useful to create new metrics in Thanos with this info.

Please list the tables and what metrics we are interested in export.

• List metrics and export to Postgresql exporter in staging and production
