Enable checksums in the patroni production cluster

Current Situation

As part of the parent epic we need to build a change management issue which details how we will execute enabling checksums in the Patroni cluster in production.

Desired Outcome

Checksums are enabled on the Patroni cluster in production via a reviewed, tested, and approved change management issue.

Definition of Done

• Put together the change management issue for this change - production#2991 (closed)
  • Make sure that the change is tested in staging and the results are cataloged in the change management issue
  • Get change approved
• Determine the time window to be used when executing the change management issue to enable checksums
• Close this issue when the change management issue is completed production#2991 (closed)
