Per Discussion on https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gl-infra/infrastructure/issues/6239, we will use the GCP console to change the following nodes:
- api-cny-02-sv-gprd
- git-cny-02-sv-gprd
- web-cny-02-sv-gprd
Currently, these machines are n1-standard-16. The plan is to reduce these to 8 core machines. Notes in the console say we'll need to stop a machine to change its type.
