# Apdex SLO violation for inference_anthropic in asia-northeast1 (apdex 68.94%) (Severity 3) **Problem**: Apdex score for non-streaming inferences to the Anthropic model in asia-northeast1 dropped sharply, falling as low as 0% and remaining unstable until 04:50 UTC. **Impact**: GitLab Duo users in asia-northeast1 experienced slow or failed non-streaming AI inferences between 00:15 and 04:50 UTC.
