2022-12-22: Add registry expiration policies to https://dev.gitlab.org/gitlab/omnibus-gitlab
Production Change
Change Summary
Currently the dev.gitlab.org container registry is one of the largest buckets in our AWS bill.
https://dev.gitlab.org/gitlab/omnibus-gitlab is responsible for a large amount of this cost.
There are a huge amount of tags associated with this repo and we should put in an expiration policy to clean these up.
