Export all issues to CSV - needed to update tanuki-stan

Could I please get an export of all issues on GitLab.com in gitlab-org/gitlab to CSV?

Background

Tanuki-stan is tool that automatically adds labels to issues. It uses a machine learning model that needs to be updated periodically as new labels are created and old labels are removed. If it's not updated it applies old labels, which creates confusion.

There is a proposal to add a feature to let users export all issues to object storage, but in the meantime it needs to be done manually.
