Investigate the PG shutdown and no failover

During our incident the database shutdown.

Scenario:

• The database was under a load over 90%.
• Several auto vacuums to prevent wraparound were in place.
• Reindex activity in place.
• Statistics were not optimized.

Acceptance criteria:

• Identify what triggered the postgresql shutdown

• why Patroni did not failover
