irc.gitter.im is down

irc.gitter.im, irc-web is down. Noticed yesterday but we were busy fixing the main part of Gitter.

The process seems to be running on the apps servers

$ ssh deployer@apps-01
deployer@apps-01:~$ /opt/deploy-tools/service-tree gitter-irc-web status
gitter-irc-web start/running, process 32223

$ ssh deployer@apps-02
deployer@apps-02:~$ /opt/deploy-tools/service-tree gitter-irc-web status
gitter-irc-web start/running, process 1074

Monit status is green
