Manual action doesn't finish correctly

When I run the manual action for deploy in prod, it executes the process but it seems like it does not understand that correctly. The deploy does occur in prod, but the next step that I have in my pipeline doesn't happen. All that process worked very well until this morning.

Is that related with the issues we got today earlier? #2132 (closed)
