Duo Chat returning Error code: A1004 (Severity 3 (Medium))

Problem: Duo Chat (Classic) was returning A1004 errors for all messages.

Impact: All messages sent using Duo Chat (Classic) returned A1004 errors, preventing users from using chat features. Duo Chat (Agentic) was not affected.

Causes: A recent configuration change caused Duo Chat (Classic) to return A1004 errors. Reverting this change restored service.

Response strategy: We identified and reverted the recent configuration change, which restored Duo Chat (Classic) functionality.
