Problem: There is a loss of redundancy in the Redis cluster within the 'gprd-gitlab-3okls' due to an ImagePullBackOff error on one of the pods.

Impact: This issue has led to reduced redundancy in the Redis cluster, potentially impacting performance and reliability.

Causes: The problem was caused by an unsuccessful attempt to pull a new Redis image from the container registry due to incorrect permissions.

Response strategy: A revert of the merge request updating the Redis images has been merged, and access permissions for the service account have been updated to restore full redundancy and normal operation.
