QA smoke tests failing due to pipeline timeouts (Severity 3 (Medium))

Problem: Smoke tests in the gstg-cny environment are failing due to pipeline timeouts.

Impact: Deployments to gitlab.com are being blocked.

Causes: An MR that ignored the sharding_key_id column on runner models has been identified as the potential cause of the pipeline timeout failures.

Response strategy: A revert MR has been created to address the potential cause of the pipeline timeout failures.
