GitLab security mirror's master is broken with failing merge-auto-explain-logs CI Job (Severity 3)

Problem: The merge-auto-explain-logs CI job in the GitLab security mirror has been failing, causing the entire commit pipeline in the security mirror to fail.

Impact: Deployments have been blocked, but there has been no customer-facing impact.

Causes: A merge request was made in the GitLab repository that unintentionally enabled uploads of auto-explain packages to the security mirror, which should not have received such uploads.

Response strategy: A revert merge request was made and has now been merged. The necessary actions have been taken, and the process of verifying that the master is green again on the security master after the revert MR is ongoing.
