2025-03-27 : Some namespaces have missing zoekt_repository records

Some namespaces have missing zoekt_repository records (Severity 4)

Problem: There is a problem with the creation of zoekt repository records for some namespaces, impacting the indexing process.

Impact: This problem affects some customers by impacting search functionality.

Causes: The bug is known. There's also an MR in-review to fix it.

Response strategy: We have taken actions that include re-assigning namespaces, completing delete operations, manually re-assigning a namespace ID to nodes with sufficient storage, creating new indices, updating zoekt indices in batches, and accelerating the reindexing process.
